Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out how to use Gem TD fairly. It is part of the Terms of Service. The spirit is simple: enjoy the game, do not cheat, and do not do anything that harms the Service or other people.
1. Prohibited conduct
When using Gem TD or this site, you must not:
- cheat, or use bots, macros, trainers, memory editors, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game for the purpose of cheating, or to bypass, remove, or fake a purchase or entitlement;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- harass, threaten, or abuse others, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, in any social or community feature that may exist now or later;
- use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of any applicable law; or
- infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
2. Enforcement
If you breach this policy, I may take action that is reasonable and proportionate, including issuing a warning, removing offending content, suspending or terminating your access to the Service, and suspending or revoking purchased entitlements obtained or abused in connection with the breach. Where conduct is unlawful, I may also report it to the appropriate authorities.
3. Reporting a problem
Found a bug, a cheat, or abusive behaviour? Please report it to [email protected]. Responsible reports of security issues are especially welcome — please give me a reasonable chance to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
4. Changes
I may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change when I do.
