Children’s Privacy
Gem TD is made for a general audience. This page explains how children’s privacy is handled and what a parent or guardian can do. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. Not directed to young children
Gem TD is not directed to children under 13 (nor under the relevant digital-consent age in your country, which can be up to 16 in parts of the EU). It is not designed to appeal specifically to young children, and it is not marketed to them.
2. No knowing collection
I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. There are no accounts, and game progress is
stored only on the device via localStorage — it is not transmitted to me. The only
personal data that reaches a third party is what the payment processor needs for a purchase, and
purchases are intended to be made by adults (or by a minor with a parent or guardian’s permission).
3. For parents and guardians
If you believe a child has provided personal data (for example, through a purchase made without your permission), contact [email protected] and I will take reasonable steps to delete it and, where appropriate, help reverse an unauthorised purchase in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because most game data lives only on the device, clearing the browser’s storage removes it entirely.
4. Changes
I may update this page; the “Last updated” date above will change when I do.
5. Contact
Parental requests and questions: [email protected]. See also Contact.
