Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

Skins are digital content delivered as an in-game entitlement. They are cosmetic only and have no monetary value. See Virtual Items & Payments for what a skin is and is not.

2. Your right of withdrawal (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason.

3. The immediate-delivery waiver (please read)

If you do not want to waive that right, do not complete the purchase, or contact me before the item is delivered.

4. Faulty or misdescribed items

The withdrawal waiver does not affect your legal rights if a skin is faulty, does not match its description, or was not delivered. In those cases you are entitled to a remedy — such as a repair, redelivery, or a refund — under the consumer law that applies to you. Contact me and I will make it right.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with your order reference (from your purchase confirmation) and a short description of the issue; or
  2. If your receipt includes Stripe support details, you can also raise the payment with them; refunds are authorised by me and returned to your original payment method.

I aim to review refund requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by the processor; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact me or Stripe first — it is almost always faster than a bank chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the related entitlement being suspended pending resolution, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change when I do.
