Gem TD is a hobby project made by one person, offered for you to enjoy for free. This page sets out the limits of what I can promise. It works alongside the Terms of Service.

Gem TD and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the game is free of bugs, that it will meet your expectations, or that any defect will be fixed.

2. No guarantee of uninterrupted play

As a solo-run project, the Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time — for maintenance, updates, technical problems, or reasons outside my control. I do not guarantee continuous availability, and I am not responsible for lost time or progress resulting from downtime. Remember that game progress is stored only in your browser.

The Service may link to third-party websites and services. Those are provided for convenience only. I do not control them, do not endorse them, and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

4. Fan-project and non-affiliation statement

Gem TD is an independent fan project, built from scratch by an individual for the love of the genre. It is inspired by the classic Warcraft III custom maps but is a wholly separate work.

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment or Microsoft. “Warcraft” is a trademark of its respective owner. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any such names are used only descriptively to acknowledge the game’s inspiration.
